Short Story by Jim Keefe
"Holy shit!" Frank Wright exclaimed as the plane fell towards the landing strip.  "The landing gear’s not coming out, and I
can't get this thing back up!"

The co-pilot quickly jerked to life and tipped up his hat that had been covering his face.  "What, well, what the..."  Matt, the
young, inexperienced co-pilot began to flip switches and check gauges as Frank struggled with the controls.  Beads of
sweat started to run down Matt's thin face and a look of impending doom overcame him as the plane neared the runway.

Meanwhile Frank remained determined and in control. His pudgy face expressing nothing but determination.
